A Luxury Electrical Fitout in Broadbeach Completed

We’re excited to say this electrical fitout on a luxury home in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast is now done! We gave you a preview of what our residential electricians had been working on here in this blog post, and now we can share the finished product with you.

This was a huge Gold Coast electrical project that our team has been working on since July in 2024. ‘Monaco’ is an exceptional luxury home, sitting right on the waterways with epic views of Surfers Paradise. It needed smart home capabilities to match its prestige location and build, and that’s what renowned builders LJ Building enlisted Voltora Industries to complete. 

This was a highly detailed electrical fitout using the best products available on the market. The result is a future-ready, clean, functional and modern smart home. Our electrical work had to reflect the world-class quality of the property, adding lifestyle-enhancing features that elevate the comfort of the homeowners. From lighting and data to security and solar, we worked closely with the builder to make sure we achieved exactly that.

Lighting That Works Hard and Looks Good

We installed premium Brightgreen LEDs throughout the property. Using the latest in energy-efficient technology, these make every space feel warm, clean and inviting. We love the subtle feel of these LEDs – they add character without being over the top, quietly helping to create atmospheric spaces that are perfectly apt for this property.

Throughout the home, our electricians designed lighting scenes that are adaptable to different times of the day or whatever mood the residents are feeling. Time for a movie? Some intense work? A quiet and intimate dinner? A few taps on a wall switch or phone app and the lighting adjusts to suit.

As part of the electrical fitout, our security technicians installed an advanced security system to help keep the property safe. There’s 24/7 monitoring with high-resolution video surveillance as well as access control for secure entry management. The CCTV and access control were supplied and installed by us using quality gear from Dahua and ICT. The result? The result is peace of mind for the homeowner, with the gear is hidden neatly into the build so it doesn’t mess with the clean lines of the home. 

Data Connectivity

A large home such as this one needs an impressive and reliable network to support the smart home functionality, as well as all the devices that will be utilised by the residents. 

Our data electricians ran a robust Ubiquiti network behind the scenes for fast and dependable connectivity. Fast Wi-Fi in every room without any dropouts or slow connections. It’ll handle streaming, working from home, or running smart appliances without breaking a sweat.

Solar and Energy Monitoring

A substantial Fronius solar system was designed and installed by our solar experts, helping reduce energy bills and the carbon footprint of the home. It’s connected into the Crestron system so the homeowner can check in on solar generation and energy usage at any time. We also helped program routines to make the most of the solar power, including timing appliances to run when the sun’s out.
